Ante Rebic revealed he has received several “concrete offers” with many big clubs interested in the Croatian international, including Manchester United.

Rebic starred in the World Cup as Croatia finished runners-up to France, and the Eintracht Frankfurt winger is looking for a £44m transfer to a top club.

Jose Mourinho has made it very clear that he is unhappy about the lack of incomings at Old Trafford, but remains confident that United can bring in at least one new face, potentially Rebic.

“I am obviously glad to hear and read about how many big coaches and clubs are asking about me,” Rebic told Goal.com “Honestly, I think I deserved it.

"I had a great World Cup and an even better club season with Eintracht. Yes, I know there are concrete offers, I keep in regular contact with my agent.”

"I'm glad I proved that everyone can count on me, but as I said there is enough time left until transfer window closes."

The English transfer window closes at 5pm BST, however clubs in France, Germany, Italy and Spain have until the normal 31 August deadline, meaning any Premier League side interested in acquiring Rebic must act soon.

"Transfer offers? It's still early for those stories, the transfer window is open for almost another month," Rebic added, which hints he will still seek a transfer if a move to England does not materialise.

“When I moved to Fiorentina the transfer was completed on August 29, and my transfer to Eintracht was done on August 31.

"Most transfers are done during the last days [of the window] so that is when my situation will be more clear. Now I am an Eintracht player and I have returned to training with my team."

United are also reportedly interested in signing Harry Maguire before Thursday’s deadline, and Mourinho remains hopeful he can secure at least one more of his targets.

“My CEO knows what I want and I still have a few days to wait and see what happens," Mourinho recently said on MUTV.
