Real Madrid have signed James Rodriguez for a fee understood to be in the region of £63m.

It sees the star of the 2014 World Cup take his place among the most expensive ever signings.

However the Colombian does not arrive at the Bernabeu with the highest price tag of the summer, and nor will be the most expensive player among his new team-mates.
