David Meyler, Samuel Eto'o and the best, most controversial and bizarre goal celebrations
A look at some of the more memorable ways a goal has been celebrated
As hard as the authorities try to clamp down on players showing personality, this weekend provided a nice reminder that some still have it.
Both David Meyler and Samuel Eto'o performed brilliantly timed goal celebrations after netting for Hull and Chelsea respectively.
Perhaps taking their cue from Roger Milla, corner flags were used as the prop in both instances.

Then, in the FA Cup win over Sunderland, Meyler mocked his recent altercation with Newcastle manager Alan Pardew.
Here, we take a look at those celebrations and remember some other favourites that could be labelled bizarre, controversial or just outright brilliant.
