Owen Hargreaves has taken the unusual step of setting up a YouTube profile to prove his fitness as he tries to return to the game.

Three videos have been posted under "owenhargreavescb"of him bouncing an exercise ball against a wall, weaving through a row of cones and star-jumping with elastic bands attached to his knees and wrists. Hargreaves is a free agent, having been released at the end of last season by Manchester United after terrible injury problems. He's looking good now, though.
