Luton Town virtually booked their place in the Blue Square Bet Premier play-off final when they cruised to a 3-0 win in their semi-final first leg against Wrexham last night.
Gary Brabin's side shocked the home fans in the 7,000 crowd at the Racecourse Ground by going three-up in the first 35 minutes through a spectacular Alex Lawless long-range effort, Claude Gnakpa's smart finish and a Ed Asafu-Adjaye goal at a corner.
Wrexham will have a mountain to climb in the second leg at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday, while Luton should face the winners out of AFC Wimbledon and Fleetwood Town, who play their first leg tonight.
