Whilst Borussia Dortmund have the Yellow Wall, it appears Werder Bremen have Wonderwall.

Renowned for their vocal support, innovative banners and large followings, football fans from Germany were already held in high esteem but the bar moved up a bit at the weekend.

Fans of Bundesliga side Werder Bremen were at Upton Park for a pre-season friendly with West Ham. During the match, they bizarrely showed their support by breaking into a rendition of 'Wonderwall'.

The group of supporters belted out the Britpop classic by Oasis for a full 15 minutes, much to the amusement of the home fans.

It appeared their team reacted well to the song, going on to win the game 2-1.
