Emmanuel Adebayor has called on Tottenham to show they are still capable of winning the Premier League by bouncing back from their 5-2 humiliation at Arsenal by beating Manchester United this weekend.

"If you want to be champions these games are the kind of games we have to win," he said. "The Arsenal defeat is very heavy, but we have to carry on. We have to show character in front of our fans."
