Arsenal fans who own shares in the club have been told not to sell to American billionaire and new owner Stan Kroenke.

"The AST [Arsenal Supporters' Trust] will not be selling shares it owns and urges all supporters to reject this offer," a statement from AST read.

"Arsenal is too important to be owned by any one person."
