Toulouse have put a £12m price-tag on Arsenal target Andre-Pierre Gignac according to reports today.

The French international striker is being lined up by Arsene Wenger as a replacement for the injured Robin van Persie.

Yet with Toulouse reluctant to let their star asset leave, they've put a high price on the 23-year-old.

Arsenal have also been linked with a move for Marouane Chamakh, yet Bordeaux remain determined to hold on to the striker despite his contract expiring in the summer.

Wenger looks certain to bring in a new striker in January after admitting earlier this week he would be forced to enter the transfer market to bolster his squad.
