Paul Pogba celebrates Manchester United victory with Patrice Evra

Mesut Ozil has been picked to start Arsenal’s match against Manchester United this afternoon, while Paul Pogba returns to Manchester United's starting XI.

Unai Emery has made five changes from the side which slumped to Europa League defeat against Rennes in midweek, with Bernd Leno, Sean Kolasinac, Aaron Ramsey and Alexandre Lacazette all returning to the starting XI.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles is meanwhile preferred to Shkodran Mustafi at right-back, alongside Sokratis, Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal and Kolasinac in a five man defence.

Matteo Guendouzi drops to the bench with Granit Xhaka the only recognised holding midfielder selected to start.

Lucas Torreira this afternoon begins his three-game ban after losing an appeal against his dismissal versus Tottenham. The Uruguay international was sent off in the dying moments of Arsenal’s 1-1 draw at Wembley for an ugly lunge on Danny Rose.

Pogba meanwhile returns for United after serving a European ban at Paris Saint-Germain in midweek.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer makes three changes to the side that secured a famous win at Le Parc des Princes by also recalling Nemanja Matic and Diogo Dalot, in the places of Eric Bailly and Andreas Pereira respectively.

Scott McTominay drops to the bench, with 17-year-old forward Mason Greenwood retaining his place in the matchday squad.
