Chelsea take on Bournemouth with Frank Lampard's side looking to cement their place in the Premier League top four.

The Blues secured their place in the Champions League last-16 with victory against Lille in midweek.

Bournemouth, meanwhile, are on a dire streak of form, having lost their last five matches in succession

That run of form has left them just one point clear of the relegation zone, and they will be without former Chelsea centre-back Nathan Ake due to a hamstring injury.
