Maurizio Sarri believes Chelsea 'deserve a trophy' after reaching Europa League final

Chelsea take on New England Revolution on Wednesday night in the ‘Final Whistle on Hate’ friendly match at Gillette Stadium in Boston.

It comes as part of the west London club’s ‘Say No To Antisemitism’ campaign, which has seen representatives from both clubs recently visiting the Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland.

The Blues will hope to use the fixture to give young and returning loan players a run out, as well as building some form ahead of the Europa League final against Arsenal on May 29.

New England, meanwhile, have just appointed former USA and LA Galaxy coach Bruce Arena as both their head coach and sporting director after a poor start to the season has seen them slump to the foot of the Eastern Conference.

The timing of the game isn’t great for the American side as they go to 3rd place Montreal Impact on Saturday in Arena’s first league game in charge.

What time does it start?

New England vs Chelsea kicks off at 1am BST on Thursday May 16.

Where can I watch it?

The match will be broadcast live on Chelsea’s official website, Facebook page and on their app, ‘The 5th Stand’.

Prediction… New England 0-3 Chelsea

Despite resting a few players, Chelsea have taken a strong side to Boston, though even their second string would expect to win this game.

New England have conceded 19 goals in their last five games so don’t be surprised if the floodgates open.
