Injury-prone centre-halves mean defensive cover will be thin. Attacking options are good as long as four or five strikers can be kept happy.

Manager speak

Harry Redknapp’s reputation as a wheelerdealer does not do justice to his knowledge and judgement of players. Would have liked to wheel and deal a bit more this summer.
