Everton manager Roberto Martinez has named an unchanged side for the visit of Aston Villa.

Remi Garde, in charge of Villa for the second time, has had to make three changes to the team that picked up an impressive point at home to league leaders Manchester City.
Kieran Richardson is in for Jordan Amavi, who will now miss the rest of the season with a knee injury, while Ashley Westwood comes in for Carlos Sanchez in midfield.
Teenage star Jack Grealish is back in the team in place of Scott Sinclair, who drops to the bench.
