Harry Kane

If you haven’t already got Harry Kane in then perhaps now is the time to do it – even though they are playing against Arsenal.

Kane just scored his 100thPremier League goal and six of those have come against Tottenham Hotspur’s north London rivals. With six goals in seven against the Gunners – four of which coming at home – Kane could well find himself amongst the goals again.

At £12.8m he is the most expensive player in the game, but if you can afford him then that’s who you should be going for this week.

Eden Hazard

While all those around him seem to be falling flat – including his manager Antonio Conte – Eden Hazard has found a little bit of form.

In his last five games his has 10, 1, 16, 2 and 8 points and is Chelsea’s only attacking outlet at the moment.

Given they are playing bottom-of-the-table West Bromwich Albion, a backlash could be coming for the Blues and at 10.7m he is a risk worth taking.

Gerard Deulofeu

The former Everton midfielder is back in the Premier League for a third bite at the cherry having joined Watford from Barcelona and has already made a fine start.

Gerard Deulofeu already has 16 points in just two games, including a goal, assist and three bonus points against Chelsea last time out.

At 6.0m he is a cheaper alternative to Richarlison and could find the net against a shaky West Ham United defence this weekend.

Callum Wilson

Callum Wilson is fast becoming the ‘cheap alternative’ to the super strikers, having scored 28 points in his last four gameweeks.

He has Huddersfield Town away and Newcastle United at home in his next two gameweeks and you can see him finding the net in both.

6.0m is a small price to pay for a goalscoring striker and Bournemouth’s good form at the moment is down to his abilities in front of goal.

Luke Shaw

Certainly not the obvious one of all of Manchester United’s defenders but Luke Shaw is by far the cheapest.

Jose Mourinho has seemingly forgiven him and is expected to hand him a new contract after his hard work this season and at £4.9m he is cheaper than the more popular options of Phil Jones (5.7m) and Antonio Valencia (6.8m).

Away at Newcastle United could see a clean sheet for United again and there is also the possibility of assist points given his affinity for getting forward at every opportunity.

Xherdan Shaqiri

Xherdan Shaqiri’s form has picked up in the last three weeks and now provides a quite a safe bargain for this gameweek.

Stoke City are at home to struggling Brighton and Hove Albion, who haven’t fared well on their travels this season so Shaqiri could find himself amongst the points again.
