Crystal Palace could turn to Jose Mourinho’s former assistant at Real Madrid in their search for a new manager.
Aitor Karanka has been widely backed to take over from Ian Holloway at Selhurst Park, with the club’s co-chairman Steve Parish reportedly in Spain over the weekend for talks. The Wales manager, Chris Coleman, remains the favourite for the role after Tony Pulis and Martin O’Neill appeared to drop out of the running.
