Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is not often known to be a grumpy figure when speaking to the cameras.
He is usually a jovial, manic figure that informs and entertains.
He had a rare moment of surliness after the 2-2 draw with West Browmich Albion on Sunday - only to instantly redeem himself.
Speaking to Sky Sports after the draw, in which Divock Origi scored a late equaliser, Klopp got a bit annoyed when questioned about an incident with the West Brom bench.
He stormed off.
But when he realised the man asking the questions hadn't finished, he quickly returned, smiled and apologised, directly into the camera, probably winning more fans than he had before.

Interviewer: You seemed to have words with the west brom bench, what points were you trying to make there?
Klopp: I can't say nothing to this, I can talk only about football [walking out of shot]
Interviewer: Fair enough. And finally... can I just ask one final question?
Klopp: [off-screen, inaudible]
Interviewer: Just on the offside goal, that was all.
Klopp: [Speaking to the camera, smiling] Sorry.
Interviewer: [Laughing] It's alright!
Later on, Klopp explained his spat with West Brom manager Tony Pulis, with whom he refused to shake hands at full-time, leading to Baggies assistant David Kemp seemingly grabbing the German to try and force him into one.
Eventually they did shake hads, but only after words were exchanged..
Speaking in his post-match press conference, he said: "I can't remember [what was said], I haven't the biggest talent to remember things like this. I wanted to go to my team.
"Really do with this what you want. We had some words during the game, sometimes it needs longer than a few seconds to cool down.
"If you want to make a big story with this, please go ahead. Sometimes with me it is like this, do what you want.
"Usually I shake hands, today I did not. It was not a friendly game, everybody saw it. I wish him (Pulis) all the best."
