Liverpool thrashed Arsenal 5-1 at Anfield as Jurgen Klopp's side extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to nine points.

The Gunners went ahead in the first half through Ainsley Maitland-Niles but from there on in Liverpool were unstoppable, with their front three wreaking havoc.

Roberto Firmino was the star of the show, scoring a hat-trick including a weaving run through the Arsenal defence for his second, while Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane also got on the scoresheet.
