Manchester City are the Premier League champions once more and not only that, but winners of an unprecedented domestic treble.

City emerged victorious in one of the tightest title races in years and, in doing so, became the first team to retain the top-flight league title in a decade.

Victorious FA Cup and EFL Cup campaigns meant Pep Guardiola's side became the first team to win all three English major honours in a single season.

In the league, City fell just short of matching their record 100-point tally from last season, but 98 proved enough to pip runners-up Liverpool to the crown.

The only disappointment will be the Champions League, where City were sensationally defeated by Tottenham Hotspur at the quarter-final stage on away goals.
