Manchester City host relegated Norwich City on the final day of the Premier League season.

Pep Guardiola’s side’s attention is now firmly focused on their Champions League second-leg against Real Madrid, with a second-place finish in the league now guaranteed.

However, the fixture does represent David Silva’s final domestic game in a City shirt, with the Spanish midfielder’s contract set to expire.

Norwich have lost their last 10 league matches in succession, but they did shock the deposed champions late last year in one of the season’s greatest upsets.
