Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has named Kelechi Iheanacho in his starting line-up for the visit of Crystal Palace.

The Chilean’s side are three points adrift of joint Premier League leaders Arsenal and Leicester City but can go top tonight – for a short while at least.

Martin Demichelis joins Nicolas Otamendi in the centre of defence, in captain Vincent Kompany’s absence, while Fabian Delph and Fernando sit in front.

Palace boss Alan Pardew, meanwhile, starts with Connor Wickham up front with Wilfried Zaha, Jason Puncheon tucked in just behind.

LINE-UPS:

Manchester City: Hart, Zabaleta, Otamendi, Demichelis, Kolarov, Fernando, Delph, De Bruyne, Silva, Aguero, Iheanacho.

Subs: Caballero, Clichy, Sagna, Humphreys, Toure, Sterling, Navas.

Crystal Palace: Hennessey; Ward, Dann, Delaney (c), Souare; Ledley, Cabaye; Puncheon, McArthur, Zaha; Wickham.

Subs: Speroni, Kelly, Jedinak, Lee, Mutch, Chamakh, Campbell.
