No appeal in Richards row
Fulham have lost the latest round of their court battle to oust Premier League chairman Sir David Richards.
The action results from a dispute over the part he played in the £9m transfer of Peter Crouch from Portsmouth to Spurs three years ago.
In 2010, a High Court judge ruled the dispute should be settled by arbitration. Last year, the Court of Appeal dismissed Fulham's appeal and, yesterday, the Supreme Court refused any further appeal.
