Crystal Palace vs Burnley: Premier League match preview
A look ahead to this weekend's Premier League fixture at Selhurst Park

Both sides have attempted to enhance their chances of Premier League survival with a flurry of late transfer activity. Crystal Palace spent a club record £7m on bringing in Wigan midfielder James McArthur, with Kevin Doyle and Zeki Fryers also joining on deadline day. The trio were joined later by Palace favourite Andy Johnson on a free from QPR, as the club attempt to recover from losing manager Tony Pulis on the eve of the new season.
Burnley meanwhile have splashed the money on George Boyd from Hull, while bringing in up and coming youngsters Nathaniel Chalobah and Michael Keane on loan. The two sides will be hoping their new recruits can hit the ground running and quickly too - Palace and Burnley are bottom of the Premier League on a point each.
It’s still early days in the season, and a win for either side could propel them up into the top half of the table. Burnley have not found Selhurst Park an easy ground to visit in recent years though, the Clarets are without a win in their last nine visits to Palace.
