The crucial relegation finale to the Premier League season will be shown on Sky, with the three fixtures involving Hull City, Sunderland and Newcastle United all shown on live.

Sky's live fixtures

Hull City vs Manchester United, live on Sky Sports 1 from 2pm

Chelsea vs Sunderland, live on Sky 1 from 2pm

Newcastle United vs West Ham, live on Sky Sports 3 from 2.55pm

The Magpies, who have lost 10 of their last 11 Premier League matches, must win at home to ensure they avoid relegation. Sunderland have a game in hand, the trip to Arsenal, on Wednesday.

So what needs to happen on the final day of the season for each side to go down?

HULL CITY

Remaining game: vs Manchester United (H)

If lose: Hull are relegated.

If draw: Hull are relegated.

If win: Relegated if Newcastle win and Sunderland have collected one point from final two games. Survive if Newcastle lose OR Sunderland lose final two remaining games.

NEWCASTLE UNITED

Remaining game: vs West Ham (H)

If lose: Relegated if Hull win. Survive if Hull lose or draw.

If draw: Relegated if Hull win. Survive if Hull lose or draw. Survive if Hull win AND Sunderland lose both their games and give away five-goals in goal difference.

If win: Survive.

SUNDERLAND

Remaining games: vs Arsenal (A); vs Chelsea (A)

If lose both games: Relegated if Hull win and Newcastle draw and there is a five goal swing in goal difference in Newcastle's favour.

If draw a game: Survive

If win a game: Survive.
