Brendan Rodgers’ Liverpool side will attempt to make it back-to-back wins for only the second time this season as they take on an out-of-form Leicester City at the King Power stadium.

Rodgers, who admitted he was under pressure after defeat to Crystal Palace two weeks ago, led the Merseyside club to an unconvincing 1-0 win over Stoke City at Anfield on Saturday, which was their first league win since a 3-2 victory at Loftus Road in mid October.

Leicester City are another side desperate to get their season back on track, as Nigel Pearson’s side sit bottom of the Premier League following a run of eight games without a win since their dramatic 5-3 triumph over Manchester United.
