Premier League leaders Chelsea travel to the Britannia Stadium to take on Stoke on Monday, looking to widen the gap between themselves and their title rivals.

Jose Mourinho will be wary of the threat posed by the Potters, who delivered a shock 3-2 win at the Britannia last year.

However, the Premier League leaders will be buoyed by news that star player Eden Hazard has all but agreed a new contract to remain at Stamford Bridge.

Stoke stunned Arsenal by scoring three first-half goals before holding onto their advantage in the second half when they last played at home. A repeat performance would be welcomed by manager Mark Hughes at the start of a tough looking festive fixture list that also includes games against Everton and Manchester United.
