Each week, The Independent will look ahead to the weekend's action in the Premier League with a video detailing the five key things to watch out for during the matches.

The Independent's online sports writers once again discuss all of the major match-ups and talking points set to dominate this weekend's Premier League agenda.

This week, Simon Rice and Jack de Menezes look ahead to Manchester City vs Tottenham, the early kick-off on Saturday. Last season, Spurs lost 6-0 and 5-1 to the Champions, yet they have had a solid if unspectacular start to this year's campaign and Mauricio Pochettino will be confident his team will not capitulate at the Etihad.

However, Spurs are without Nacer Chadli, who has scored four goals already this season, while City's Sergio Augero is in great form, scoring in his last three league games.

Arsenal face Hull for the first time since beating Steve Bruce's men in the FA Cup final in May, yet Arsene Wenger has another injury crisis on his hands with Laurent Koscielny, Mathieu Debuchy and Mesut Ozil all injured, while Caulm Chambers is still suspended.

Elsewhere, while Southampton will be confident they can overcome Sunderland at home - what with the Saints currently sitting third in the table - they have not beaten the Black Cats since January 2003.

Raheem Sterling will be the focus of much media attention on Sunday as Liverpool face QPR, while Louis van Gaal will hope to solidify Manchester United's top four place with victory over West Brom.
