Arsenal travel to take on Sheffield United in a Premier League clash today.

The Gunners were poor in their Europa League quarter-final first leg, tying 1-1 with Slavia Prague at the Emirates.

A late equaliser from the visitors means Mikel Arteta’s side have it all to do in the second leg, and may rest players against Sheffield United.

The Blades were defeated 2-1 by Leeds in their return after the international break and could be 18 points from safety by kick-off.

Here’s everything you need to know about the match:

When is it?

The fixture will kick-off at 7pm GMT at Bramall Lane.

How can I watch it?

The match is live on BT Sports 1 with coverage starting from 6:30pm GMT.

What was the team news?

Sheffield United interim boss Paul Heckingbottom hopes to have Jayden Bogle and George Baldock available after the duo suffered head injuries in the loss to Leeds last week. Jon Egan returned against Leeds and will feature here, but Chris Basham, Billy Sharp, Sander Berge and Jack O’Connell are out.

Martin Odegaard is expected to miss out for Arsenal with an ankle injury, while Calum Chambers is a doubt. David Luiz and Kieran Tierney are both out.

Confirmed line-ups:

Sheffield United XI: Ramsdale; Baldock, Ampadu, Egan, Stevens, Osborn; Lundstram, Norwood, Fleck; McGoldrick, Burke.

Arsenal XI: Leno; Chambers, Holding, Mari, Saka; Ceballos, Xhaka, Partey; Pépé, Lacazette, Martinelli.

Odds

Sheffield United: 5/1

Draw: 3/1

Arsenal: 4/7

Prediction

Arsenal appear to be in some sort of rut and deeply missed Martin Odegaard in the Europa League on Thursday. They will be without the Norway international again, but I think the Gunners get the win – but it won’t be pretty. 2-1 Arsenal.
