Brendan Rodgers suffered his latest disappointment as his Liverpool team lost 1-0 to struggling Hull City on Tuesday night.

Steve Bruce's team had not won any of their previous seven games but they managed to hold on against Liverpool after Michael Dawson's first-half header.

Rodgers' team are now floundering in fifth in the Premier League, seven points off rivals Manchester United in the final Champions League spot. Liverpool have now won just two of their last seven matches, including a surprise exit to Aston Villa in the FA Cup semi-final.

The Reds have struggled all season - bar a great run of form in early 2015 - following a terrible summer of business and surrendering in the Champions League group stages by playing reserves against Real Madrid.

But last season Rodgers nearly led Liverpool to their first title in 25 years, faltering in the final matches of the season.

Should Rodgers stay on or should he be sacked?
