Southampton vs Tottenham prediction: How will Premier League fixture play out?
Spurs are looking to resume their top-four chase after slipping to a draw against Norwich last time out

Southampton are looking to cause another upset as Tottenham Hotspur travel to St Mary's on New Year's Day.
Ralph Hasenhuttl's side have been in resurgent form after a drab start to the season left them firmly in a relegation battle.
Back-to-back wins against Aston Villa and Chelsea dragged the Saints out of the bottom three and, after a draw against Crystal Palace, the Saints are four points clear of the drop zone.
Jose Mourinho's side slipped to a 2-2 draw against Norwich last time out. However, they are still in close pursuit of the Champions League places, just four points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.
Here is everything you need to know:
When is it?
The match kicks off at 3pm on 1 January at St Mary's.
How can I watch it?
