Tottenham will assess Moussa Sissoko and Ben Davies for the FA Cup fourth-round at Crystal Palace.

Sissoko (knee) and Davies (groin) picked up injuries in the Carabao Cup semi-final defeat at Chelsea.

Harry Kane (ankle), Dele Alli (hamstring) and Son Heung-min (international duty) will all not play.

And Mauricio Pochettino confirmed Sissoko’s injury is not as bad as first feared.

“Sissoko is okay, tired I think,” he said. “A small thing for Ben Davies. The rest are okay.”

Spurs could still dip into the transfer market, the Argentine admitted, insisting they are still trying.

“Always, we’ll see. Still six days. We are working. (We have) a few options,” Pochettino added.

“We’ll see if we are capable of delivering, but in the same way of course we have the squad.”

Provisional squad: Lloris, Gazzaniga, Trippier, Alderweireld, Aurier, Sanchez, Rose, Davies, Walker-Peters, Sissoko, Foyth, Winks, Moura, Eriksen, Skipp, Lamela, Llorente.
