West Ham target Eddie Howe as Sam Allardyce replacement - reports
Cherries boss was voted Football League 'manager of the decade'
West Ham United will turn their attention to Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe, if they elect to part with Sam Allardyce in the summer.
The former Bolton Wanderers boss is out of contract at Upton Park in the summer and has endured fractured relations with the club's hierarchy.
Meanwhile Howe could lead the Cherries to the Premier League for the first time in their history with positive results in their final two matches.
West Ham’s collapse in form means that Allardyce is likely to need to win all of this remaining fixtures to keep his job - and even that may not be enough.
According to the Sunday Telegraph, former Hammer Slaven Bilic and ex-Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup are also in contention for the post.
West Ham are also monitoring the future of Jurgen Klopp, who is leaving Borussia Dortmund at the end of this season, and is interested in making a move to the Premier League.
Whether or not he would entertain a switch to East London, however, remains to be seen.
