Alexis Sanchez has dropped the biggest hint yet that he won't sign a new contract at Arsenal and will leave this summer.

The Chilean, who only has a little over a year remaining on his current deal, has been offered lucrative new terms by the club but is yet to come to any agreement with talks shelved until the end of the season.

Paris St-Germain and Juventus lead the race for his signature with Bayern Munich and Arsenal's Premier League rivals Manchester City and Chelsea also interested.

And with the Gunners staring finishing outside of the top four in the face with one game of the Premier League remaining - against Everton on Sunday - Sanchez looks all but certain to leave.

"I cannot tell you now (about my future)," he said after scoring twice to secure victory over Sunderland. "We have to wait until the end of the season. As I always say, it doesn’t depend on me. It depends on the club. What they like, what they don’t like.

"I always said the same: I try to do my best, to support the team, to score goals, to win victories. And we will see at the end. If they like that I carry on, or they don’t. Whatever they want, we will see it at the end of the tournament."

Sanchez has cut a frustrated figure at times this season but the 28-year-old says that stems from the Gunners' failure to put together a sustained title challenge at the very top of the table.

When asked to explain his numerous outbursts he said: "Because sometimes when I look at the team we have and the players here... because when it comes to winning the Premier League we often lose or draw against teams at home when we are superior.

"Sometimes the frustration more than anything is about the fact we could be challenging for the Premier League title."
