Speaking to French radio station RMC, Cerezo said: "Antoine Griezmann is an Atletico Madrid player. He also has a long-term contract with the club. I don't want him to leave."
Cerezo also suggested that Griezmann’s release clause would not prove a problem given he described the fee as “unpayable”, adding: "I don't remember [how much], but it's very high. It's in line with the value of the player."
