Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri says Bayern Munich 'unprofessional' over Callum Hudson-Odoi pursuit

Bayern Munich have confirmed they are holding talks with Chelsea over the possibility of signing rising star Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Hudson-Odoi is reportedly keen to leave Stamford Bridge - where his opportunities for regular first-team football are few and far between under manager Maurizio Sarri - and make the switch to the Allianz Arena.

Bayern have already submitted two bids for Hudson-Odoi, both of which have been rejected by Chelsea who are continuing to adopt a tough stance.

The club’s interest in the winger is no secret, with sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic once again speaking out on a potential transfer.

“We want to sign the player. I am fully convinced of his abilities, we are in talks with Chelsea,” he told Bild.

Bayern are also trying to tie up a deal for France defender Benjamin Pavard, and Salihamidzic claims they are looking to add some young talent to the club's squad.

“Both [Pavard and Hudson-Odoi] are not finished players yet, but we have many leaders in our team, that’s why it would not be a problem if no player came in the transfer window.

“We have to find a good mix between young talents and experienced leadership players.”
