Chelsea will make a £12m bid for Tottenham winger Mousa Dembele, according to reports.
Jose Mourinho has targeted the Belgium international as his second new addition this summer, after the incoming season-long loan deal for Monaco's Radamel Falcao, who spent last season at Mancheser United.
The Sun have reported that manager Mourinho wants reinforcements with John Obi Mikel expected to leave before the season begins.
Dembele moved to Tottenham from Fulham for £15m in August 2012 for £15m.
The 27-year-old made 21 appearances for Spurs in the Premeier League last season, having fallen down the pecking order under Mauricio Pochettino.
