Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina has strongly hinted that he wants to join Besiktas, after liking several tweets from fans imploring him to join the Turkish side last night on Twitter.

Ospina dispatched of Wojciech Szcesny to become Arsenal's No 1 last season, but has fallen back being the reserve stopper behind Petr Cech, who joined the club from Chelsea for £11m during the summer.

The Colombian has made just three appearances for the Gunners this season, one in the League Cup, and two in the Champions League. He was also linked with a move to Besiktas during the summer.

The 27-year-old moved from Nice to Arsenal for £3m back in July 2014.

Ospina, 27, liked a series of tweets begging him to join Besiktas last night (see below).

Arsenal are next in action against Sunderland on Saturday. Arsene Wenger's side are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table, two points away from the top spot.
