Erling Haaland sends message to fans after signing for Borussia Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of Erling Braut Haaland from RB Salzburg.

The Norwegian international exploded on to the scene with eight goals in the Champions League group stage and in doing so attracted attention from a number of European heavyweights.

Manchester United, Juventus and RB Leipzig were all very interested in the 19-year-old but it is Dortmund who have won the race.

It is understood United offered the best financial package but Haaland has opted for a move to Germany to continue his development.

He puts pen to paper on a deal until 2024 at Signal Iduna Park.
