Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis.
The 23-year-old signs on a season-long loan with the club having the option to make the deal permanent.
Lo Celso becomes Tottenham's third signing of the summer following the arrivals of Tanguy Ndombele and Jack Clarke.
He will wear the number 18 shirt during his time in north London.
It is expected he will be joined by Fulham winger Ryan Sessegnon after the two clubs finally reached an agreement over a deal in the last 24 hours.
