Hull complete first summer signing
Hull have agreed a deal which will see Boulogne defender Steven Mouyokolo join on a four-year contract in the summer.
The highly-regarded 22-year-old will join the Barclays Premier League club on 1 July.
Boulogne, who are pushing for promotion to Ligue 1 in France, did not want to lose the player before the end of the season but thereafter will not stand in his way.
Neither club have released details of a fee but reports have suggested the player could cost Hull around £2m.
Mouyokolo's signing follows the previous captures of Jimmy Bullard, Kevin Kilbane and Manucho in the current transfer window.
In some outgoing business, defender Wayne Brown has joined Coca-Cola League One leaders Leicester on loan for the remainder of the season with a view to a permanent deal.
Brown, 31, had been speaking to Charlton earlier in the month but talks stalled.
Brown has struggled for opportunities at Hull this season, making just two first-team appearances, and had a loan spell at Preston before Christmas.
His departure follows that of another star of last year's promotion campaign, Dean Windass, who recently joined League One Oldham on loan.
