John Obi Mikel: Chelsea midfielder linked with Sven Goran-Eriksson's Shanghai
Since leaving England, Swedish boss Eriksson has been technical director with Tero Sasana and Al Asir before less than a year as Guangzhou manager

Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel is reportedly the subject of interest from Shanghai SIPG, managed by former England manager Sven Goran-Eriksson.
The Chinese club are allegedly prepared to offer the 28-year-old wages in excess of £60,000-a-week after tax, according to the Daily Mail.
Since leaving England, Swedish boss Eriksson has been technical director with Tero Sasana and Al Asir before less than a year as Guangzhou manager.
Now the 67-year-old, who managed Manchester City in 2007/08, is raiding the country which he used to call home for Mikel as he looks to repair his reputation in China.

Guss Hiddink, the interim Blues boss, spoke to the media on Friday afternoon about his first few weeks back at Stamford Bridge.
"Everyone knows where we were in December," said the Dutchman. "So far we are unbeaten but we cannot be fully satisfied with results.
"My main task is to get the team to where we desperately want to be. I'm focused on that job."
