Manchester United's new addition Memphis Depay has insisted that he does not want to known as the next Cristiano Ronaldo, although he is flattered by the comparision.
The Dutchman, who moved from PSV for £25m last month, said he would rather let his "feet do the talking".
“That is the best player in the world," he said when asked about how he compares himself with the Real Madrid forward, who played for United between 2003 and 2009.
“I don’t want to talk too much. I want to show it on the pitch. I am still young, not for many years in the game. I played two seasons for PSV.
“I want to let my feet speak. I don’t want to compare myself with somebody like that.
“I will be creative so I think that is what the crowd like. Goals.
“I believe I will work on it and I am excited to do my job for Manchester United and to score goals. I am a striker so I want to score goals and get assists.

“I trained three times this week and I feel different than the Dutch league in training. I have to improve myself so I can work hard and show the boss I can handle it.”
