Neymar: PSG to take action after Brazil star fails to return for pre-season training
The 27-year-old is desperate to return to Barcelona after an ill-fated two-year spell in the French capital

Paris Saint-Germain are set to take action against Neymar after the Brazil forward failed to report for pre-season training.
The 27-year-old is desperate to return to Barcelona after an ill-fated two-year spell in the French capital.
The Ligue 1 champions remain adamant that their star man won't leave the Parc des Princes this summer.
But it appears Neymar is attempting to take matters into his own hands.
"Paris Saint-Germain notes that Neymar Jr was not in attendance at the agreed time and place. This was without the club’s prior authorisation," a statement read.
"The club regrets this situation and will therefore take appropriate action."
Barcelona are keen on a reunion with their former star with club president Josep Maria Bartomeu confirming last week that Neymar wants to return.
"We know that Neymar wants to leave PSG but we also know that PSG don't want him to go, so there is no case for signing him," Bartomeu told a news conference on Friday.
Neymar is currently recovering from an ankle ligament injury picked up in a friendly against Qatar in June.
He went on to miss the Copa America where he watched his teammates go on to lift the trophy with a 3-1 victory over Peru on Sunday.
