Manchester City are set to be locked in a 'four-way battle' to try and sign coveted French star Paul Pogba, according to reports.
The Juventus midfielder, 22, is also wanted by Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid, as well as French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The Daily Mirror report that the former Manchester United youngster will cost around £60million.
Barcelona presidential candidate Agusti Benedito claims he can convince beaten Champions League finalists Juventus to sell to the treble winners, despite their transfer ban stopping them from registering players until January 2016.
I have spoken to Pogba," said Benedito. "First, I contacted Juventus chairman Andrea Agnelli, then spoke directly with the player.
"They have proposed an annual salary of £8.6m after tax and a transfer fee of £57m."
