Robin van Persie has been linked with a £10m move to Juventus.

The Manchester United striker has just a year to run on his current contract at Old Trafford and has admitted he may not remain at the club beyond this summer.

According to reports today, the Netherlands international could join Juventus. It's claimed that the managing director of the beaten Champions League finalists, Giuseppe Moratta, has set his sights on luring Van Persie to Italy and a £10m bid could be forthcoming.

The expected exit of Carlos Tevez sees the Serie A champions in need of attacking reinforcements.

It's understood Manchester United are open to offers as they weigh up recouping some of the £24m fee they paid Arsenal in 2012 against letting him leave for free in 12 months time.

Speaking over the weekend, Van Persie said his main priority was playing time.

"It is my ambition to play as many games as possible (next season). I feel fitter than ever," he said.

"And I know that the more games I play, the more it will help me prepare for the European Championships [in France] next summer.

"I will take everything into consideration when I decide on my future and I know I have to be realistic about the situation."
