Birmingham City will not allow central defender Scott Dann to leave until their full valuation of the player is met.

They have received a joint bid – in the region of £16m – from Stoke for Dann and striker Cameron Jerome. Sources close to Birmingham have confirmed that "serious conversations" have taken place between the two clubs regarding Dann and Jerome.
