West Ham are willing to sell Carlton Cole after the arrival of three strikers this summer, according to reports.

Championship side Bournemouth are interested in a £1million move for the 30-year-old but Cole is reluctant to drop down to the Championship, according to the Daily Mirror.

Cole was released by West Ham in July last year but then returned to the club after Andy Carroll was injured.

He scored six goals for the Hammers last season in 26 matches, making him the second highest goalscorer behind Kevin Nolan.

Cole has started both of West Ham's matches this season, scoring in the 3-1 win at Crystal Palace.

Bournemouth have an extra £5m in their coffers after Adam Lallana's move from Southampton to Liverpool.
