Transfer deadline day summer 2019: The deals done so far

Premier League clubs are racing to complete their final summer transfers as the deadline looms ahead of the new season.

The top-flight clubs recently voted to bring the transfer deadline forward to close before the start of the season instead of playing three games before the window shuts.

Premier League sides have until 17:00 BST on Thursday 8 August to complete their summer business.

That deadline has been the case for the last two years, but this season sees the Championship’s transfer deadline moving forward to 8 August date too.

The deadline for players to be registered for the forthcoming round of fixtures is usually at noon on the day before, meaning clubs have untli 12pm on Thursday to sign players that they wish to use this weekend.

Spanish, Italian, French and German Leagues all have until Monday 2 September to conclude their summer dealings.

The Bundesliga deadline is 5pm BST, while the Italian window closes at 7pm.

Spain and France’s deadline is yet to be confirmed.

The deadline for Scottish clubs as well as League One and Two sides remains Monday 2 September.

Premier League sides can continue to sell players beyond the 8 August deadline, but will not be able to replace them.
