Yohan Cabaye has been linked with a £10m move to Arsenal this summer.

The French midfielder has failed to establish himself at PSG, and was subject of a bid from the Gunners before his £15m move from Newcastle to the Ligue 1 side in January 2014.

The Mirror have reported that the 29-year-old is back on Arsene Wenger's wishlist for the summer, with other reports adding that Cabaye is unhappy at Parc des Princes, where he is not a regular starter.

Cabaye spent three seasons at Newcastle, between 2011 and 2014, scoring 18 goals in the division.

Arsenal first attempted to sign him in August 2013, making a £10m bid which the then Newcastle manager Alan Pardew described as "disrespectful". The bid was made just before their opening game of the 2013/14 season, against Manchester City.

A fuming Pardew left the Frenchman out of his team for the game, which they lost 4-0, after the offer from the north London club.

"It's tough for his head to be turned on the eve of a game. I didn't see any reason why that needed to happen," Pardew told a news conference.

"And why they couldn't give us the respect and honour of waiting till Tuesday morning is beyond me."
