World 800m champion Caster Semenya has said she plans to compete in the 1500m at next year's London Olympics. The 20-year-old South African began her season at the weekend by winning in the 800m at the first leg of the local Yellow Pages Series in Potchefstroom, South Africa in 2mins 04.12secs.

"I'm looking forward to my first Olympics and the plan is to include the 1,500m at the Olympics," Semenya said.
